In-School Instruction – Form Needed
Parents/guardians who chose in-school instruction for their child will receive a health screening commitment form where you will agree to completing a daily health screening prior to sending your student to school. Forms must be received at school electronically or by hard copy before your child returns to in-school instruction. Students whose parent/guardian have not returned a signed form will be required to complete a health screening and have their temperature taken daily by school staff until the form is received.

In making determinations regarding in-person instruction, FCPS will consider the Centers for Disease Control Core Indicators. View the data.
Your initial payment is 50 dollars and it pays for your cap and gown, tassel, diploma, diploma cover and seals.
If we hold graduation at Eagle Bank Arena and are able to have any other senior events such as Senior Picnic, then additional dues will be collected at a later date.
How to Pay
• For now, your can pay via My School Bucks (MSB)
• Log in to an existing MSB accounts and click on the senior dues icon.
• The payment automatically posts to the Class of 2021 account.

IB MYP Personal Project
IB MYP Personal Project
At Edison High School, all of our 9th and 10th graders are IB students. Therefore, all of our sophomores will complete the MYP Personal Project. This project is part of the 10th grade advisory curriculum, and students will be starting in early October. Click here to read our current newsletter and learn more about the project.
No-Cost Meals for All FCPS Students through June 30, 2021
Grab and Go service hours are 8 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Bus routes for food distribution are operating Monday through Friday. Breakfast and lunch will be available at no-cost Monday-Friday at all schools with in-person instruction. Specific information about meal distribution locations and bus distribution schedules are available.
Parent Technology Help Desk
To support families who are working with their children during distance learning, Fairfax County Public Schools now has a Parent Technology Help Desk. The number is 1-833-921-3277 (833-921-FCPS). It will be answered by staff 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., seven days a week. If the help desk is unable to solve the issue on the phone with the parent or guardian, they will enter a ticket on the parent’s behalf and the request for help will be transferred to the appropriate FCPS team.
The IB College Fair went VIRTUAL
While we were not able to hold an in-person College Fair this year, several of the colleges and universities who were to attend the Fair have come together in a Virtual College Fair.
